Uses the principal of intensification to convert the convenience of low pressure compressed air to the power of high pressure hydraulic oil. The small footprint of the cylinder is easily accommodated on compact high performance machines.


Specifications

– Standard thrust forces up to 5000 kgf.
– Standard strokes up to 25 mm.


Application

To provide a high thrust force over a short stroke using compressed air. Ideal for applications where conventional hydraulics is not used or cannot be used. Widely used in Machining Centers (VMC & HMC)

HPID Series

– Rated input pressure: 10 kg/cm2.
– Intensification ratio: 1:16.
– Output volume up to: 100 cc.


Application

To supply oil at high pressure to the spindle cylinder of the machining center (VMC/HMC), which in turn is used for the tool de-clamp operation.

CH16 Series

(Rated pressure: 160 kg/cm²)

 

A specially designed cylinder for Counter-Balance applications in Machine Tools. These cylinders are generally powered by an accumulator and are designed for “zero” leakage.

– Rated Pressure: 160 kg/cm2.
– Bore Diameter up to 125 mm.
– Strokes up to 2000 mm.
– Linear speeds up to 70m/min.
– Temperature range: -20°C to 80°C.
– Optional sealing systems for temperatures up to        180°C

 

Application

To counter the dead weight on the vertical axis of a machine – for example a Vertical Machining Centre.
